They are a vendor of mine. They are very quick to respond, friendly, conveniently located and I never have had an issue with parking. They pay their bills quickly and are loyal to my company.

I wanted an easy, minimal effort required property management setup and I got exactly that. It took less than 3 weeks to list my property, find a renter, get them approved, and lease signed.

I use two property managers, and am very happy with Keyrenter. They're responsive by email, and have an easy to use online interface where I can see the statements they email me without dealing with an arduous login process (which is my experience with the property manager I use in another city). They're VERY responsive by email, which is important to me - if I have something I need, I can shoot off an email rather than dealing with calls / callbacks. They rented my house in the highlands for a great rate and efficiently. So far, so good.

This group is a quality team! They take care of both their property owners AND tenants, which is refreshing and honest. They stay up on current legislation and laws, provide both owners and tenants access to quality and affordable vendors, and are constantly looking to improve their processes, systems and vendor lists. Alexis and team are wonderful, and I highly recommend them.

We recently used Keyrenter to help us get our place rented in the Highlands. We primarily worked with Pauline, Nick, and Chris. They were efficient, responsive, and professional throughout the process. Most importantly for us, their fees were very competitive and they got our place rented quickly at a price we were happy with. Keyrenter is amazing! I was originally planning on trying to rent out my property on my own when I moved out of state, but scheduling showings, making sure everything was in order, etc. ended up being a huge burden.
